Submit Your Voting Incident Here!

Please refer any problem immediately (while the election is going on) to the Harris County Democratic Party. Call us at 713-802-0085. We will have lawyers standing by at HCDP headquarters to answer voting and election procedures questions. We will also have poll watchers who can be dispatched to voting locations, if necessary. But we need to be informed of the problem while it is happening so we can try to get it addressed before the polls close.
ALSO, please fill out and submit the Incident Report Form below. Please include as much information as possible so that we will be able to take action. Note that the observer and voter can be the same person. Upon submitting this form, an email is generated and immediately sent to HCDP and its legal team.

ALSO (in addition to calling us and sending us an Incident Form), you may report your problem to a national voter protection project by using this form. This is a separate form and unfortunately you will need to repeat some of th same information. They will transmit the information to voter protection organizations who are standing by to seek to lend support or assistance in resolving voter problems, and they are developing a database of election incidents. But don’t forget to report the incident to the HCDP first!
